Shandong PPKG Plastic Industry Co., Ltd. was founded in 2013 and has grown into a leading manufacturer of plastic corrugated sheets and customized packaging solutions in China. With two modern production bases in Weifang and Qingdao covering over 50,000 m² and equipped with 16 advanced extrusion lines, PPKG delivers over 20,000 tons of high-performance PP and PE sheets annually.
Leveraging the industrial advantages of the Qilu Petrochemical Industrial Park, we ensure consistent quality through strict material selection, intelligent processing systems, and comprehensive quality control from raw materials to final products. PPKG’s products are widely used in automotive, electronics, logistics, agriculture, and construction industries, offering durable, eco-friendly, and innovative alternatives to traditional materials.

At PPKG Plastic, we are committed to delivering high-quality plastic corrugated sheets through a streamlined and precise manufacturing process. Our production process consists of several stages, beginning with sample preparation and sourcing the finest raw materials. These materials are then blended in our advanced mixing system before moving to the processing stage, where we ensure efficient and consistent production.
Following that, the printing and punch forming stages occur, where we customize each sheet to meet specific customer requirements. We implement rigorous quality inspections using sample-based testing to ensure top-tier quality before the sheets are released and sent to the next phase.
Once the boards are ready, they undergo assembly, followed by packaging for easy handling. After being carefully stored in our facilities, the products are prepared for shipment to customers worldwide.
Our production system leverages state-of-the-art machinery, advanced automation, and stringent quality control protocols, ensuring that every product meets our high standards.
